GReps Website and App Terms of Use

Effective date: November 5, 2026

These Website and App Terms of Use govern access to grepsstrength.com, the GReps Strength athlete and coach app, and free or paid content made available through them. Paid membership also requires acceptance of the applicable Membership Agreement, payment authorization through the actual billing provider, and Informed Consent and Release. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling and choices. These Terms do not replace those documents or grant optional data-sharing permission.

Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms apply to website and app use. Athlete enrollment, including the free trial, paid membership, and separately purchased coaching sessions, is limited to persons age 18 or older who have legal capacity to enter the applicable agreement. An athlete creating an account or enrolling must confirm that eligibility. Parent or guardian permission does not create an exception at launch. GReps must present applicable terms and record affirmative acceptance where required. A user who does not agree should not use the service. An app-store age rating is separate from this enrollment policy and must reflect the actual content and features.

Educational fitness information

General website and app content provides fitness education. Personalized coaching is provided only within the scope of the selected service. Neither general content nor coaching provides medical advice, diagnosis, physical therapy, nutrition therapy, mental-health treatment, or emergency care. Users should consult an appropriate licensed professional about individual health questions and should not disregard professional advice because of GReps content. GReps does not continuously monitor users or respond as an emergency service.

No client relationship from browsing

Browsing the website, installing the app, downloading free material, or sending a general inquiry does not by itself create a coaching relationship. A coaching relationship begins when GReps accepts the customer and the applicable onboarding agreements and service requirements are completed. A free trial does not require paid enrollment; payment requirements apply only to a separately purchased paid service.
